Visiting hours are every day from 10 am to 6 pm.
If you can't get to the hospital during visiting hours, we may be able to arrange another time for you to visit. Talk to the staff in charge of the ward to see what we can do.

There is a pharmacy located within our facility. It's open to the public for hospital issued prescriptions. This pharmacy is not for general community use.
If you are an outpatient or need medicine when you leave hospital, you may need to pay for your medication. Read more about medications and your stay in hospital.

The Far North Queensland Hospital Foundation operates a Friends of the Foundation group in Mossman.
Become one of our fundraising volunteers, and be part of an active group, promoting services and supporting events that supplement equipment upgrades and help improve health outcomes for our community.
There are also volunteering roles within acute inpatient and aged care that support selected residents and inpatients with activities that enhance comfort, emotional and social support.
